There is no SLA and no rebates on the monthly fee should your service not be operational.
Service not available in all areas. The actual speed you experience depends on a number of factors, including, your equipment, the quality and location of your line, including how far your connection is from the local telephone exchange, the applications you are using, the capacity and speed of our systems, the systems of our suppliers, and the Internet generally. For these reasons, you should not expect your actual speed to be at or near the theoretical maximum.
Changing the date of installation and/or missing the installation appointment – $109 – We will advise you of the installation appointment date from the Carrier. A person over the age of 18 must be present on that date, to grant the Carrier access to the premises if required. If you need to change the appointment for the installation of your service or if no one is in attendance during the appointment window, this charge will apply in order to reschedule the appointment. Should a technician’s appointment be missed, a new appointment will be made for 10 working days later.
BKB Internet Broadband is only available to customers who pay via Automatic Credit Card (Visa or MasterCard) or Direct Debit Payment Methods.
